What we collect
Your name, and the names of anyone you book for. Your phone number and email address. The appointments you book, the services, and notes your barber keeps so your cut comes out the way you like it. A birthday or a photo only if you choose to give one.
You pay in the shop through Square. We never see or keep full card numbers.
How we use it
To book, confirm, remind you of, and change your appointments, to answer you when you get in touch, and to run the shop. We do not sell your information.
Text messages
When you book, we text you about that appointment: a confirmation, a reminder before it, and a note if the time changes or is cancelled. How many texts you get depends on how often you book. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text to stop them, and HELP for help. You can also reach us at hello@prvsnbarber.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who helps us
Our booking provider, Thrivari, runs this site and sends our texts and emails on our behalf through its own providers: Cloudflare for hosting, Twilio for text messages, and Resend for email. Square handles payments. Each uses your information only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a customer, and after that only as long as the law requires. Ask us and we will delete it.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email hello@prvsnbarber.com. To stop texts, reply STOP.
Children
A parent or guardian books appointments for children under 17 and gives their details for them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with its date.
